Package Itinerary
Welcome to Remarkable Rwanda! You will enjoy a VIP treat (Meet and Greet) on arrival at Kigali airport from the company representative on arrival, who will help you through the immigration process, and then transfers you for your connecting helicopter flight to Musanze airstrip near the park, here you meet with the company guide who will transfer you to the booked accommodation. You will enjoy the heavenly aerial view of the “Land of a thousand hills” on your flight northwest of the country.
Meal Plan: Half Board [HB]. Overnight (o/n): Singita Kwitonda lodge or One & Only Gorilla Nest (Luxury)
Today after breakfast, you will be privately picked-up and transferred to the park reception area, here you will be taken through the gorilla trekking etiquette by the park ranger guide and afterwards you will start off the adventure through the forest fringed trails of the misty cloaked mountain forest where the Gorillas dwell. This trek can last about 1-4 hours depending on the movements and location of the gorilla group you are tracking, or depending on other factors like the pace of the trackers. Once you come across the gorilla family, you will have an hour with them and later retreat to the starting point.
Here you meet with the guide who will transfer you back to the lodge for lunch, and relaxation at the lodge.

Today, you will have a hearty and leisurely breakfast, you may decide to spend the morning at leisure enjoying the vistas around the lodge, or go for a village cultural tour at the Iby’Iwacu Cultural village near Kinigi-Musanze district. Here the locals will treat you to a traditional welcome and experience that will define and highlight to you the traditions, values and beliefs of the Rwandan people. Later transfer back to the lodge, prepare for your domestic flight to Kigali International airport, departure.
